Electrical Manufacturing Engineer, Advanced Operations Engineering

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience with SMT and box build manufacturing processes, with manufacturing best practice (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and new product development. - 5 years of experience performing DFx (Design for Excellence) using tools such as valor and allegro, including developing PCBA manufacturing processes, acceptance testing, startup, and qualification. - 5 years of experience in project engineering, overseeing NPI operational readiness for senior levels. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. - Experience in new site/line/equipment bring up/transfer and qualification. - Experience with a Product Data Management (PDM) Tool (e.g., SAP, Agile, Windchill). - Experience developing solid, effective technical relationships with agreement manufacturers/vendors. - Ability to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous process improvements working with cross-functional teams, contract manufacturers and suppliers. - Ability t...
