Job Description: COORDINTES WITH: Natural Resource Justice team; Corporate Accountability and Worker Justice team; Government Relations & Public Policy team; Strategy & Insights Hub; Grants Management Hub; Gender & Climate Justice Hub; Institutional Fundraising & Partnerships; Finance; Oxfam country and regional teams in Latin America, Africa and Asia. Works closely with external stakeholders including coalitions, networks, partners, academics and consultants. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Policy Advisor supports Oxfam’s Natural Resource Justice (NRJ) global program. They will work with the NRJ Associate Directors to provide program implementation, grants management, policy analysis, research and advocacy support, in line with Oxfam’s natural resource justice agenda.
