We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a full time, permanent role based 100% onsite in Port Melbourne. About The Role: As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with business leaders to gain a deep understanding of BAA and the core functions they represent. You will be a trusted business partner, providing financial analysis and insight including: - Preparation of quarterly forecasts, variance analysis and reporting - Weekly and monthly metrics & reports, such as headcount, overtime, cost variance analysis - Proactively manage opportunities, risks and issues with stakeholders - Analyze performance to plan, recommend and drive improvement initiatives - Develop business cases and financial modeling - Seek to drive efficiencies in existing processes through continuous improvement initiatives Basic Qualifications (Required skills / experience): - Completed CA/CP...
