18.75 hrs 7am-3pm Every other weekend and holidays Job Description: Serves as an Inventory Liaison between end-user departments and product vendors. Coordinates receipt, distribution, collection, and return of products for the hospital. Job Responsibility: *ADA Essential Functions - * Coordinates the receipt, distribution, collection, and return of products for hospital departments. - Monitors real-time inventory levels and advises end-user areas and Supervisor regarding readiness and/or issues. - Monitors real-time turnaround times to ensure/optimize day-of-need inventory levels. - Communicates and coordinates with end-users, vendor team and Supervisor to facilitate timely product delivery and reliability. - Evaluates quality and quantity of delivered products. - Ensures products are transported to assigned hospital locations and stored properly relative to product requirements and fire/safety regulations. - Facilitates product processing for return to vendor. Identifies, flags and tracks pruducts/instruments in need of repair/replacement.
