Annual salary: up to £39,646.94 Multi-skilled Operative Location: Leeds: Contract: Full Time Permanent: Salary up to £39,646.94 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday) About the role: We’re looking for a skilled and practical Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team, supporting a busy responsive repairs and maintenance contract in Leeds. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering day-to-day repairs within social housing, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard for residents. Working across occupied homes, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of reactive maintenance tasks across multiple trades. From minor repairs to more involved maintenance issues, you’ll take a first-time fix approach wherever possible, helping to minimise repeat visits and deliver a reliable service.
