Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Brooklyn, NY Affirmed Home Care Pay: $110,000 per year: Assignment: 16-week contract with Hospice of New York (opportunity to extend or transition into a permanent full-time role) Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Patient Caseload: Approximately 20 visits per week (about 5 visits per day) Join New York’s Premier Private-Pay Home Care Agency!
