Within Group Audit & Assurance (GA&A), we provide independent, objective assurance to Management and the Board Audit Committee, supporting confident, well-informed decision-making across the Group. As a Senior Manager, Risk Culture, you will play a key role in helping us understand how behaviours shape risk outcomes and how we can strengthen these across the organisation. This is an opportunity to influence how risk culture is assessed, embedded, and continuously improved at scale. See yourself in the team: You’ll join a specialist Risk Culture team within GA&A, focused on understanding the behavioural drivers of risk and embedding these insights into audit outcomes.
