Company Description The District Sales Manager’s (DSM) main priority is managing and leading a group of Sales Activators who are primarily accountable for driving pre-call sales in Large Format retailers. The DSM will also have a team of Sales Trainees who play a key role in supporting the Sales Activators. The DSM will also be responsible for the coaching and development of their respective teams. The DSM will be accountable for driving Sales volume and Red Bull initiatives and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Large Format retailers. Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: MANAGING EXPECTATIONS · Establish Sales/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned Sales Activator and appropriately manage the execution of these monthly KPI’s. This includes, but is not limited to, feedback/coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews. · Establish and maintain regular and on-going communications with retail partners/decision makers in order to successfully implement national/local programming.
