About the Role To be eligible for this position, you must be a permanent resident of the state of California . As a Field Sales Manager within our New Business department, you will lead a team of high-performing Account Executives (AEs) focused on driving new customer acquisition. You’ll be responsible for hitting monthly team targets, developing individual contributors through hands-on coaching, and fostering a culture of performance, integrity, learning, and winning. This role is critical to the success of our growing sales org and offers the opportunity to shape both people and process at a high-impact level.
