About the Role: This role is a hands-on IT Specialist position based onsite in Pittsburgh, aligned to Pacific Time working hours (approximately 11:00AM - 8:00PM ET) . You will be a critical part of House Rx’s Security & IT team, responsible for keeping our employees productive, supported, and properly equipped from day one. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT needs, handle traditional IT support requests, and play a key role in building, provisioning, and deploying laptops for onboarding.
