Primary Location: JHHS - Jewish Hospital - UMC Address: 200 Abraham Flexner Way Louisville, KY 40202 Shift: Rotating (United States of America) Job Description Summary: The Occupational Therapist I (Outpatient) is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred to the facility. This includes patient evaluation, development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan, delivery of treatment services, and comprehensive discharge planning. The therapist functions as an effective team member and contributes to the development and achievement of department and organizational goals and objectives. Job Description: Kleinert Kutz is currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapy department. The ideal candidate is experienced and passionate about delivering quality care to patients with conditions or injury to the upper extremity. Experience with advanced treatment and orthotic fabrication in hand setting preferred.
