Description JOB SUMMARY: Prepares assigned food items in a kitchen providing fewer than 200 meals per day. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Graduation from a recognized 12 month program in cooking plus one (1) year of previous experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to deal with others effectivelyPhysical ability to carry out the duties of the positionAbility to organize workAbility to operate related equipmentThe hours of work including days off and work area may be subject to change consistent with operational requirements and the provision of the Collective Agreement and applicable statutes.
