https://www.ardaninc.com/california-employee-and-job-application-privacy-notice/ Position Summary: A successful Policy Administrator is responsible for tasks including but not limited to: uploading final policies requests, entering orders, performing updates, uploading documents, adding and deleting attachments, typing and issuing final policies, performing delivery functions, importing and exporting from various software, creating invoices and other duties as assigned. If you can type fast and accurately and can check documents for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors under tight deadlines, we’d like to meet you. For this role, it’s essential to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Essential Functions: - Issue short form and long form Owner’s and Lender’s policies for multiple states nationwide. - Serve as a liaison between the policy team, Westcor Agents and Agency Representatives. - Review and secure documentation needed to issue title policies. - Perform update searches when required for policy. - Review and monitor internal and external reporting to ensure all timelines and service level agreements are met. - Work collaboratively with outsource partners - Upl...
