Job Description Summary: Basic Function: Perform systematic investigations to determine the ability of plant processes and equipment to meet and exceed established requirements. This includes process optimization, process capability studies, equipment\system validations and process validations, process automation, process controls as applicable. Recommend and implement lean solutions to manufacturing operations. Lead, collaborate, and support in the manufacturing of products in accordance with established regulatory requirements. Justification and /or execution of capital projects gear to continuous improvement. Requirements: Education : B achelor’s degree in engineering Experience : Three to five years of experience in Beverage Manufacturing or similar type industry. Must be Proficiency in MS Office (WORDS, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project) and familiar with SAP, CMMS , Statistical Process Control, Problem Solving Methodologies, Lean Six Sigma Equipment Specifications, Equipment\System Qualifications (Validations) and Testing methods.
