Winpak Control Group Inc. is seeking a CI Press Operator to join our Printing Department based out of Norwood, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of a Central Impression printing press to produce high-quality printed materials that meet customer specifications and regulatory standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to lead press operations while ensuring consistent quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Operate, set up, adjust, and shut down the CI printing press in accordance with job Spec Sheets. - Program and control press parameters including print repeat, registration, web tension, drying, chilling, and material thickness. - Install and set plates, anilox rolls, doctor blades, tint rolls, and rewind cores. - Establish proper color laydown sequences and blend, tone, and apply inks and coatings to match approved samples. - Verify correct materials, inks, varnishes, and tooling prior to and during production. - Monitor press performance, ink flow, ovens, splicers, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance needs. - Conduct in-process quality inspection...
