About the role Peninsula Hot Springs is seeking a visionary and commercially astute Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead enterprise-wide technology, digital transformation, and data strategy. This is a pivotal executive role responsible for shaping and delivering a fully integrated, data-driven operating environment that enhances guest experience, drives operational excellence, and supports business growth. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will position technology as a strategic enabler across all areas of the business - from bookings and guest experience to finance, workforce management, and beyond.
