Job Summary The coordinator will work with technicians, the lead coordinator, and mitigation supervisor to provide outstanding customer service. This position includes scheduling all employees and subcontractors for daily work and any after-hours calls, notifying the client of work that needs to be performed the day before, setting up the job & maintaining job information in our software program on a daily basis. Responsibilities - Intake new losses via phone, email, and fax. - Manage Technician daily scheduling. - Update DMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer. - Gain approvals for projects from carriers/customers. - Ordering materials testing for mold and asbestos for jobs. - Reviews work site and completed technician paperwork prior to releasing projects.
