Job Description Summary Organization's Summary Statement: University Relations is implementing Salesforce CRM as part of an advancement and data modernization initiative. To ensure the platform’s long-term success, stability, and scalability following implementation, University Relations requires a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to serve as the primary operational steward of the system. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, security, automation, and overall health of the Salesforce platform. This role serves as the primary Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions while enforcing data governance, security controls, and deployment best practices. Reporting to the Director of Data Management, this position works closely with Salesforce Developers, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure the platform remains stable, well-governed, and aligned with enterprise data and analytics strategies.
