Role Overview The Head of Business Resilience is a leadership role responsible to design, implement and manage the Business Resilience (BR) program, according to the Business Resilience policy and respective directives. The Head of Business Resilience is responsible for the BR governance, materials, training and tools. This role provides strategic direction and coordination for crisis management and incident response preparedness across regions and countries, supporting Holcim’s goal to create a safe, resilient, and secure environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Group level program oversight and activities 2. Response to live incidents 3.
