What are we looking for: - Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) – B2 level or higher; - Strong communication and problem-solving skills; - Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail; - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; - Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools; - Previous experience in customer support or a contact center is an advantage, but not mandatory.
