Job Description: Project Manager III Rubicon is seeking a Project Manager supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Geismar . This position will report to the Capital Project Team Lead. Job Scope: The Project Manager is responsible for developing and executing capital projects within the Geismar capital portfolio, ranging from approximately $100,000 to $50 million. This role supports project development from initial concept and scope definition through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and final handoff. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within sanctioned funding levels, and in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Responsibilities: - Develop preliminary technical scopes and Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimates for proposed capital projects. - Prepare and submit expenditure proposals to secure project funding. - Manage projects through all phases, including concept development, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout. - Coordinate and oversee internal design resources, estimating functions, and external engineering firms. - Review contractor and vendor bids and participate in c...
