Cytokinetics is a specialty cardiovascular biopharmaceutical company, building on its over 25 years of pioneering scientific innovations in muscle biology, and advancing a pipeline of potential new medicines for patients suffering from diseases of cardiac muscle dysfunction. As a Key Account and Access Manager (KAAM) at Cytokinetics, you will play a critical, hands-on role. The role is customer-facing, responsible for driving access, adoption, and sustained growth of our medicines across the UK healthcare ecosystem. Blending sales excellence with strategic NHS engagement, the KAAM partners with key decision-makers across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and provider organisations to ensure our medicines gain appropriate access, positioning and are adopted within local care pathways, whilst meeting commercial targets, such as key performance indicators (KPIs). This role sits at the intersection of sales, market access, partnerships, and health system engagement , ensuring that Cytokinetics’ therapies are appropriately positioned, reimbursed, and utilised.
