The Facilities Maintenance (FM) Technician ensures the building's safe, efficient operation by performing preventive maintenance and repairs and events set-ups/breakdowns. Key duties include fixing general mechanical issues, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with vendors. Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, plumbing, lighting, and electrical components.
