Overview Tatitlek provides Information Technology Operations and Maintenance Support (ITO&MS) for the BEP’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) Directorate’s Office; Office of Information Technology Operations (OITO) in support of BEP’s printing services mission. These services are provided 24/7. Personnel are responsible for providing an effective, efficient, and proactive approach to managing, supporting, securing, and maintaining the BEP IT network infrastructure and systems to ensure a sustainable, efficient, effective, and highly reliable environment for government employees and contractors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for installing, updating, patching, removing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all existing and future installations of Red Hat Linux servers. - The number of Linux Red Hat devices are expected to increase, the quantity could increase by as much as 50% over the next few years depending on BEP’s business needs. - Identify opportunities for automation, collaborate with teams to determine highest value tasks, and implement automation solutions to reduce manhours on routine tasks. - Improving efficiency, accuracy, and speed in busines...
