Job description

Provide leadership and support to Regional Traffic Engineering Operations using assets, resources and best business practices to provide a safe and efficient transportation system through the usage of traffic control devices (signs, pavement marking and sign, roadway lighting). Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and laws governing traffic operations. Provide services expected to result in a transportation network which moves traffic efficiently, promptly and safely. Develop and manage workforce development, long-range strategic plans, organizational initiatives and budgets. How you will contribute: - Accomplishment Tracking and Planning: Monitor maintenance spend plans. Conduct spend plan scenario analysis and expenditure projections. Assist in the development of annual spend plan. Capture, track and report work accomplishments. Coordinate and communicate with supervisors. Use data to identify future maintenance needs.
