The Corporate Strategy & Planning team serves as TIAA’s internal strategy function, comprising three core capabilities: Strategic Consulting, Competitive Intelligence, and Strategic Planning. The Strategic Planning Team is seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Planning Associate to join our dynamic group. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Enable the prioritization of TIAA’s enterprise strategic initiatives. Support the Strategic - Planning team and the Executive Committee in gathering and analyzing data to inform prioritization decisions that align with enterprise goals - Help develop planning scenarios and prepare recommendations for optimal allocation of financial, human, and technological resources - Support the creation of strategic plans, own maintenance of strategic plans and lead conduct roadmap analysis - Build relationships within the Strategic Planning & Execution communities and collaborate with cross-functional teams during planning - Lead in conducting complex analysis, including financial modeling (NPV, IRR, ROI) - Lead in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate strategic planning deliverables and artifacts - Lead in continuous impro...
