The technician will be responsible for maintaining Hawthorne Woods, a 64-unit Section 8 apartment community in Plymouth, WI, consisting of multiple buildings that include both multifamily and senior housing units. Additional responsibilities include servicing Fairview Crossing I (Plymouth, WI) and Fairview Crossing II (Kiel, WI), both of which are multi-building apartment communities offering multifamily and senior living units.
