Director of Specialty Medicine at Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS) Salary : $220,000–$245,000 + production (commensurate with experience, qualifications, and schedule) Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is looking for an experienced specialist board-certified in internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, or dermatology, with proven leadership skills to serve as Director of Specialty Medicine. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to help shape hospital standards, drive service growth, and improve specialist retention while continuing to provide excellent medicine. This position works closely with the Director of Emergency Medicine, the Medical Director, and the Group Medical Director to lead clinical quality, improve consistency across services, and support a culture where specialists and their teams can thrive.
