Trinity Solar is seeking a motivated and skilled Installation Crew Leader to oversee the installation of residential solar systems. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on installation work with crew oversight, ensuring that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Crew Leader, you’ll play a vital role in guiding your team in the field, solving on-site challenges, and helping homeowners take the step toward renewable energy.
