Come work at the best place to give and receive care! ​Job Description: Who We Are: Elliot Health System’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide individual and group-based treatment of co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. PHP and IOP are for individuals who need care that is more intensive than individual outpatient programs but not as intensive as residential treatment. Depending on their role, staff can provide case coordination, assist participants in accessing community-based services, provide medication management, evaluate participants for medical issues, and more. The teams coordinate closely with primary care providers on a biweekly basis to ensure that all aspects of patients’ wellbeing and health are addressed appropriately. About the Job: Acts as a representative in all areas of clerical support. Assumes responsibility for all facets of front desk operations, including greeting and registering patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, entering demographics and processing referrals.
