We're looking for a Practice Manager who can walk into a functioning practice and make it better — not by fixing what's broken, but by raising the ceiling on what's possible. What you'll actually be doing: You'll be the operational heartbeat of the practice — managing the day-to-day, supporting the team, and holding the line on standards.
