Purpose: Athene is hiring a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst to lead complex business intelligence and analytics initiatives that support enterprise reporting and data-driven decision making. This senior-level individual contributor partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to elicit and translate complex requirements into scalable, high-quality BI solutions. The role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, governance, and usability while supporting BI standards and best practices. The Business Intelligence Analyst III brings deep domain expertise, strong analytical and technical skills, and a collaborative approach to delivering trusted insights and mentoring other analysts across the organization.
