The Team Lead – Project Management, Legal Entity Rationalization supports regional and global M&A integration and legal entity clean ‑ up and rationalization initiatives by coordinating and executing structured project activities. The role focuses on disciplined project execution, tracking, and coordination to support simplification of the legal entity landscape in alignment with defined global standards and governance.
