Job Description The Senior Staff Product Engineer for BMS is a highly experienced and technically proficient role responsible for the successful characterization, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing release of BMS ICs for automotive applications. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with deep knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards (AEC-Q100, APQP, ISO 26262) and a strong understanding of IC design, test, and manufacturing processes. This role is a critical link between the design, test, applications, and quality assurance teams, ensuring that the BMS IC meets all functional, performance, and reliability requirements throughout its lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Product Qualification and Reliability: - Lead and manage the qualification of new BMS products, ensuring compliance with automotive standards such as AEC-Q100 for stress qualification. - Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive product reliability plans.
