CRM / Dynamics 365 Technical Lead | Permanent | Full time | Home based but with travel to Spire sites and offices across the UK Department: Software Engineering About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled CRM/Dynamics 365 Technical Lead who can take ownership of our Dynamics 365 platform, elevate engineering standards, and drive improvements across our CRM ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on technical expertise , deep Dynamics product knowledge , and the ability to lead and guide engineers through modern SDLC practices aligned with the Spire SDLC framework . You will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of our CRM platform, uplifting engineering practices, and mentoring a passionate team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
