Job description

Interpreting and analyzing policies, procedures, and business processes. Providing guidance and problem resolution to internal and external customers and providing support and representation of innovative program goals. Run queries, analyze databases, analyze, and develop process flows, and compose technical documentation and diagrams to describe complex processes and systems. Perform special duties as assigned. How you will contribute: - Documentation and Reporting : Interprets and analyzes policies, procedures, and business processes. Conducts necessary research to enact program improvements. Assists with development of policies and procedures related to the specific program and applicable systems. Assists in implementing policies, procedures, contracts, and applications for both internal and external customers. - Instructional and Process Documentation: Evaluates, develops, and maintains instructional and process documentation for the assigned user interface and application.
