Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will participate within the Talent Acquisition team to attracting and recruiting talent for our Organisation. You will gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding. Your responsibilities: - Participate in the full recruitment and sourcing lifecycle, including CV screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and contract administration. - Proactively engage with potential candidates through online platforms, professional networks, and databases, with a particular focus on under-represented groups (e.g. women in STEM). - Contribute to promoting CERN's employer brand across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and career fairs. - Generate reports and analyse recruitment and sourcing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
