Inside Sales Specialist United States – Remote: The Inside Sales Specialist serves as a key commercial partner to the Outside Sales team by supporting a portfolio of assigned accounts and helping drive customer engagement and growth. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with hearing-care providers, coordinating customer needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across sales, operations, and internal teams. The specialist helps reduce friction in ordering and pricing workflows while supporting account activities such as customer reviews, outreach initiatives, and follow-up actions. This role requires strong business judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders.
