We have over 700 group clients in the Greater Cincinnati area, ranging in size from 2 to nearly 1,000 employees. Position Overview : The Benefit Advocate (BA) partners with a Benefits Consultant (BC) to deliver proactive, high-quality service to a shared book of business. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client employees, supporting enrollment, claims, and benefit-related inquiries while assisting with renewals and client communications. The Benefit Advocate plays a key role in ensuring a positive client and employee experience through responsive service and strong attention to detail.
