OCSE Student Assistant - Parsons Graduate Admission

Job description

Parsons Student Assistants will work collaboratively in the Parsons Graduate Admission Department responding to and cataloging general inquiries, maintaining digital records, preparing recruitment materials for events, engaging with graduate students in the ZeeMee social app, and performing various administrative tasks. The incumbent will serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries directed to Parsons from internal and external stakeholders. Parsons Student Assistants report directly to an Assistant or Associate Director of Admission. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who can work independently, but is also a team player. The ideal candidate for this position is a graduate student who is interested in leveraging their own prospective student experience and working on a small team with a focus on fielding inquiries from prospective Parsons Graduate students. Experience in admissions, office administration and customer service is a plus.
