The Opportunity We are seeking a Project Administrator for our Transportation-Construction Management practice in the Florida Keys. Essential Functions: - Direct and assign specific tasks to inspectors and assist in all phases of routine to moderately complex construction projects - Responsible for the documentation of construction quantities and payments for interim progress and final completion, and manages the consultant contract, including responsibility for accounts receivable, subconsultant management, and client management interface - Serve as task manager for phases of individual revenue-producing projects; construction administration support on assigned projects; or as a project field staff and construction administration team leader on projects - Serve as a lead to other inspection staff, administrative staff and subconsultants - Ensure that detailed accurate records of the quantities of work being performed are being collected and maintained - Ensure that materials being incorporated into the project are being sampled and tested in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents. - Coordinate and serve as liaison with utility companies, jurisdictions having au...
