Department: Women’s Way Position: Continuum Substance Abuse Counselor: Reports to: Treatment Services Supervisor: Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt: Schedule: Flexible: days, evenings: Hourly Rate Range: $23.00 - $25.00 Date: May 2026: JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Continuum Counselor is to provide direct substance abuse treatment counseling services, including treatment planning, individualized support, and facilitation across the continuum of services at FTS, and help ensure positive treatment outcomes and transitions between levels of care. QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline and/or CSAC required. Preference for a minimum of two years’ experience in a residential substance use treatment facility. Personal vehicle and a valid Hawaii State driver's license required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Develop clinically appropriate treatment plans with assigned clients and revise as scheduled. - Provide individual substance abuse counseling, group therapy, family counseling, and case management services as assigned. - Provide classes and psycho-educational groups related to addiction, relapse prevention, family issues, women’s issues and/or other appropriate to...
