TELL ME MORE: As our Rooms Division Manager , you are part of the Management Team and report directly to the General Manager. You are responsible for the daily hotel operations and for ensuring every guest experiences Zoku at its best from check-in to check-out. You lead our Sidekick and Housekeeping teams and work closely together with Reservations and Maintenance. Together with the F&B Manager, you make sure all operational departments are aligned and working smoothly together.
