Sales Inventory Analyst

Job description

- Maintains Customer Contracts. - Maintains contract releases. - Must work with the customers to identify forecast for contracts. - Responsible for scheduling shipments with Purchasing Department. - Works with regional Account Managers to coordinate contract activities. - Analyzes data for excess and obsolete product and offering it to customers. - Identifies and implements cost reduction activities. - Ensures there are appropriate stock levels for contracts. - Works with management to provide monthly business review reports. - Research and assemble the root causes of excess and obsolete items. - Market projected of excess and obsolete inventory list of parts. - Assembles excess inventory pricing analysis based on historical sales, quote data and available market pricing. - Assemble internal worksheets for customer contract proposals. - Develops processes to manage inventory, along with customer contract demand to maintain and improve delivery performance and inventory turns. - Provide monthly summary reports of excess inventory sales metrics.
