Description Full-time New York, NY: Hybrid: 4 days per week in office Monroe Capital is seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate/AVP in its New York, NY office to assist in the underwriting, due diligence, closing and asset management of real estate credit investments. Monroe originates and/or acquires senior mortgages, B-notes, mezzanine loans and preferred equity in value-add and special situation commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States (and select international locations). Monroe has flexible capital and can invest in all real estate asset types (including land, construction, etc.) up and down the capital structure for the appropriate risk-adjusted return. Monroe targets an average deal size of between $50 million to $300 million.
