Overview Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) – Tufts Medicine Behavioral Health Hospital This is a part-time position with potential to transition into a full-time role. Day shift is 7 am - 3:30 pm, evenings are 3 - 11:30 pm and nights are 11 pm - 7:30 am. Our BHAs are responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints.
