Are you a logistics whiz with a knack for managing time and keeping things running smoothly? PurAgain Water is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our service technicians are efficiently dispatched and that our customers receive top-notch service. What You’ll Do: Manage service calls and dispatch technicians to resolve customer issues promptly. Utilize your strong understanding of local geography and traffic flow to optimize service routes. Ensure an 80% sit rate for service technicians by effectively scheduling and managing their daily tasks. Provide excellent customer service, keeping customers informed and satisfied. Use your logistics knowledge, whether from military, warehouse, or delivery experience, to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate records of all service calls and technician assignments.
