Position Summary The Sr. Manager, Demand Generation leads a performance-driven engine focused on pipeline and revenue growth. This role provides strategic leadership and full oversight of all marketing-based programs, including integrated campaigns, sales programs, and growth initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable ROI and align with BU objectives. Oversees campaign planning, execution, and optimization to generate qualified leads and accelerate revenue. This role is highly analytical and performance-driven, ensuring marketing investments deliver tangible business outcomes. Your ability to drive campaign excellence, introduce new growth levers, and will be critical to advancing our market position and delivering measurable success. Core Responsibilities: Own the Demand Strategy & Planning Build a strategy to leverage the organization’s existing client-facing channels to drive marketing qualified leads and conversions.
