Job Description: Position Summary Own and lead the RMI Salesforce ecosystem in partnership with our Development, Corporate Engagement and Influence Teams. This role provides technical and strategic leadership for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce integrations, ensuring platforms effectively support fundraising, programs, communications, finance, and operations. The position serves as a cross-functional technical leader, driving CRM strategy, system optimization, data integrity, process improvement, and Salesforce integration architecture. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce & CRM Strategy: Own the Salesforce ecosystem, including strategic roadmap planning aligned with organizational goals, serving the D evelopment and S trategic E ngagement team as a primary client . Support portfolio level goals in line with internal client team norm s and operational plans for relationship and pipeline management.
