Our team sits at the intersection of data, technology, and entertainment, focused on understanding content performance, audience behavior, and the signals that drive viewership and subscriber growth across Paramount+ and Pluto TV. In this role, you will work with some of the richest streaming datasets in the industry, spanning billions of content interactions, subscriber journeys, and ad events, to build models that directly inform how we invest in, market, and optimize content for millions of viewers worldwide.
